1. Veri sorumlusu

Klipti, Beyond Digital (Türkiye) tarafından işletilir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR bakımından veri sorumlusu Beyond Digital'dir.

Bu politika hem şu anki lansman öncesi bekleme listesi sitesini hem de açılışıyla birlikte Klipti platformunu kapsar.

Klipti is operated by Beyond Digital (Türkiye), the data controller for the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Topladığımız veriler

Bekleme listesi (bugün): e-posta adresin, seçtiğin taraf (klipçi veya marka), onayın ve bağlantının ülke kodu. Ham IP adresin saklanmaz.

Hesap bilgileri: ad, e-posta, parola (yalnızca özet/hash olarak saklanır), rol ve eklediğin profil bilgileri.

Bağladığın sosyal medya hesapları: 3. maddeye bakınız.

Kampanya ve içerik verileri: markaların yüklediği kaynak içerikler, klipçilerin gönderdiği klipler, kampanya kuralları ve bütçeler.

Ödeme ve vergi bilgileri: ödeme yapabilmek için yasal adın, T.C. kimlik numaran veya vergi numaran ve IBAN'ın gerekir; bu, ödeme ve bildirim yükümlülükleri için mevzuatın aradığı bilgidir. Kart bilgilerin sunucularımıza hiç ulaşmaz — ödeme sağlayıcısı tarafında işlenir. Fatura ve ödeme kayıtları vergi mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır.

Dolandırıcılık tespiti: IP adresi, tarayıcı/cihaz bilgileri, istek sinyalleri ve izlenme artış örüntüleri; bot trafiğini ve şişirilmiş etkileşimi ayıklamak için işlenir. Bekleme listesinde ise IP'nin yalnızca tuzlanmış özeti tutulur, adresin kendisi değil.

Destek: bize gönderdiğin mesajların içeriği.

English — Data we collect

Waitlist (today): email address, the side you chose (clipper or brand), your consent, and the country code resolved at the edge. We do not store your raw IP address.

Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), role, and any profile details you add.

Connected platform accounts: see clause 3.

Campaign and content data: source material uploaded by brands, clips submitted by clippers, campaign rules and budgets.

Payment and tax data: for payouts we need your legal name, national ID or tax number, and IBAN, as Turkish law requires for payments and reporting. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Invoices and payout records are retained as tax law requires.

Fraud prevention: IP address, user agent, device and request signals, and view-growth patterns, used to detect bot traffic and inflated engagement. On the waitlist we store only a salted hash of the IP for rate limiting, never the address itself.

Support: the content of messages you send us.

3. TikTok, Instagram ve YouTube verileri

Bir kampanyaya katılmak için klibini yayınlayacağın hesabı Klipti'ye bağlarsın. Bağlantı, platformun kendi yetkilendirme akışı (OAuth) ile kurulur. O platforma ait parolanı hiçbir zaman görmez ve saklamayız.

Verdiğin yetkiyle, yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla şunlara erişiriz:

  • Temel profil bilgileri: platform kullanıcı kimliği, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad ve profil görseli — klibin hangi hesaptan yayınlandığını göstermek ve kazancı doğru kişiye yazmak için.
  • Video meta verisi ve metrikleri: kampanyaya gönderdiğin klibin kimliği, bağlantısı, yayın zamanı ve izlenme, beğeni, yorum, paylaşım sayıları — yalnızca doğrulanmış izlenmeyi hesaplamak ve ödemeni yapmak için.

Metrikleri yalnızca kampanyaya gönderdiğin klipler için okuruz. Özel mesajlarına, göndermediğin içeriklerine veya hesabının geri kalanına erişmeyiz.

Platform verilerini satmayız, reklam veya profilleme için kullanmayız ve 5. maddede sayılanlar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.

Yetkiyi geri alma.Hesabını Klipti'den istediğin an kaldırabilir, Klipti'nin erişimini platformun kendi ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin. Erişim iptal edildiğinde yeni veri toplamayı durdurur ve elimizdeki platform verisini 30 gün içinde sileriz — vergi ve denetim yükümlülüğü nedeniyle saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kazanç ve ödeme kayıtları hariç (7. madde).

Klipti; TikTok, Meta veya Google ile bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından desteklenmez veya onaylanmaz. Bu platformları kullanımın, o platformların kendi koşullarına tabidir.

English — TikTok, Instagram and YouTube data

To take part in a campaign you connect the account you will publish from. The connection uses the platform's own authorisation flow (OAuth). We never see or store your password for that platform.

With your authorisation we access, and only for the purposes below:

  • Basic profile: platform user ID, username, display name and avatar — to show which account a clip was published from and to attribute earnings to the right person.
  • Video metadata and metrics: the ID, link, publish time and the view, like, comment and share counts of the clip you submitted to a campaign — solely to compute verified views and pay you accordingly.

We read metrics only for the clips you submit to a campaign. We do not read your private messages, your other content, or anything you have not submitted.

We do not sell platform data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not share it with third parties except as described in clause 5.

Revoking access.You can disconnect the account from Klipti at any time, and revoke Klipti's access from the platform's own settings. Once access is revoked we stop collecting new data and delete the platform data we hold within 30 days — except the earnings and payout records we must retain for tax and audit purposes (clause 7).

Klipti is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta or Google. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

4. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

  • Hizmetin yürütülmesi — hesap açmak, kampanya eşleştirmek, doğrulanmış izlenmeyi saymak, ödemeni yapmak. Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası.
  • Ödeme, faturalandırma, vergi ve bildirim yükümlülükleri. Hukuki sebep: hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi.
  • Dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi ve güvenlik — bot trafiği, şişirilmiş izlenme ve kötüye kullanımın tespiti. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat.
  • Bekleme listesi ve lansman bildirimi. Hukuki sebep: açık rızan. Rızanı istediğin an geri alabilirsin.
  • Toplu (anonim) analitik ile siteyi iyileştirmek. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat. Çerez yok, siteler arası takip yok.

English — Purposes and legal bases

  • Running the service — creating your account, matching campaigns, counting verified views, paying you. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • Payments, invoicing, tax and reporting. Basis: legal obligation.
  • Fraud prevention and security — detecting bot traffic, inflated views and abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Waitlist and launch notification. Basis: your explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Aggregate analytics to improve the site. Basis: legitimate interest; no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verilerini satmıyoruz. Yalnızca her sağlayıcının işini yapabilmesi için gerekli olanı paylaşıyoruz:

  • Ödeme ve emanet sağlayıcısı (iyzico) — kampanya bütçesini emanette tutmak ve klipçilere ödeme yapmak için.
  • Barındırma ve güvenlik (Cloudflare) — siteyi sunmak ve bekleme listesi kayıtlarını tutmak için.
  • Analitik (PostHog, AB bölgesi) — çerezsiz ve toplu.
  • Platformların kendisi (TikTok, Meta, Google) — bağlantıya yetki verdiğinde.
  • Mali/hukuki danışmanlar ve yetkili kurumlar — mevzuatın gerektirdiği hâllerde.

Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı veriyi Türkiye dışında işler. Bu durumda KVKK m.9 kapsamındaki, GDPR'ın uygulandığı hâllerde ise ilgili bölümdeki güvencelere dayanılır.

English — Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • Payment and escrow provider (iyzico) — to hold campaign budgets in escrow and pay clippers.
  • Hosting and security (Cloudflare) — to serve the site and store waitlist records.
  • Analytics (PostHog, EU) — cookieless, aggregate.
  • The platforms themselves (TikTok, Meta, Google) — when you authorise a connection.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9 and, where the GDPR applies, Chapter V.

6. Çerezler ve analitik

Klipti çerez kullanmazve takip amacıyla tarayıcının yerel depolamasına bir şey yazmaz. Bu yüzden bir çerez banner'ı görmüyorsun: onaylanacak bir şey yok.

Analitiğimiz çerezsiz modda çalışır. Ziyaretçiler sunucu tarafında üretilen bir özet değerle sayılır; senin hakkında bir profil oluşturmayız ve seni başka sitelerde takip etmeyiz.

English — Cookies and analytics

Klipti sets no cookiesand writes nothing to your browser's local storage for tracking. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Our analytics run in cookieless mode. Visitors are counted with a server-side hash, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other sites.

7. Saklama süreleri

  • Bekleme listesi e-postası: lansmana kadar veya rızanı geri alana kadar — hangisi önce gerçekleşirse.
  • Hesap verileri: hesabın açık olduğu sürece ve uyuşmazlıkların çözümü için makul bir süre daha.
  • Platform (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) verileri: hesabı kaldırdığında veya erişimi iptal ettiğinde 30 gün içinde silinir.
  • Mali kayıtlar (fatura, ödeme): vergi ve ticaret mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır. Bunları talep üzerine silemeyiz.
  • Dolandırıcılık ve güvenlik logları: amacı için gerekli süreden fazla tutulmaz, ardından silinir.
  • Hız sınırlama kayıtları: yalnızca tuzlanmış özet; süre dolduğunda temizlenir.

English — Retention

  • Waitlist email: until launch, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
  • Account data: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes.
  • Platform (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) data: deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting the account or revoking access.
  • Financial records (invoices, payouts): retained for the period Turkish tax and commercial law requires. These we cannot delete on request.
  • Fraud and security logs: kept no longer than necessary for the purpose, then deleted.
  • Rate-limit records: a salted hash only, purged when the window lapses.

8. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 (ve uygulandığı ölçüde GDPR) uyarınca; verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bir kopyasını isteme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini talep etme, işlemeye itiraz etme, düzeltmenin üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme ve yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle alınan bir karara itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin.

Taleplerini iletisim@klipti.com adresine iletebilirsin. Mevzuatın öngördüğü sürede, en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.

English — Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 (and the GDPR where it applies) you may ask us whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, ask us to notify third parties of a correction, and object to a decision made solely by automated means.

Write to iletisim@klipti.com. We respond within the period the law allows — at the latest 30 days.

You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

9. Güvenlik, yaş sınırı ve değişiklikler

Veriyi aktarım sırasında şifreleme, erişim kontrolleri ve sıkı bir içerik güvenliği politikasıyla koruyoruz. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal gerektirdiğinde seni ve Kurum'u mevzuatın öngördüğü şekilde bilgilendiririz.

Klipti 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, sileriz.

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz; esaslı değişikliklerde kayıtlı kullanıcıları ayrıca bilgilendiririz.

English — Security, age limit and changes

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and a strict content security policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the authority if a breach requires it.

Klipti is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify registered users.
